1. What data we collect

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and to understand how the site is used.

• Data you submit through forms: company name, email address, phone number and your message.
• Technical data collected automatically: IP address (truncated by the analytics tools), device and browser type, language, pages visited and the source of your visit.
• Your cookie preference, stored locally in your browser.

2. Why we use it and on what basis

Form data is used solely to contact you and prepare the quote you asked for. The basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Analytics and marketing data are processed only on the basis of your consent, given through the cookie banner. Without that consent those tools are not loaded at all.

Strictly necessary cookies operate on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure.

3. Cookies and analytics tools

The site may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel. The full cookie list, with provider, purpose and retention, is in the Cookie Policy.

Until you give consent these tools run in denied consent mode: no analytics or marketing cookies are written and no advertising identifiers are transmitted.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site, acting as processors:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and file delivery.
• Google Ireland Ltd. — web analytics and advertising measurement (consent only).
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. — Clarity behaviour analytics (consent only).
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — advertising measurement (consent only).

5. International transfers

Some of the providers above may process data outside the Republic of Moldova and the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism.

6. How long we keep data

Messages received through forms are kept for 24 months after the last communication and then deleted. Analytics data is kept for the periods stated in the Cookie Policy. Your cookie preference lasts 180 days.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to data submitted through forms is limited to the staff who need it in order to reply to you.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the tools used on the site change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
